PRIVATE RENTAL
That Game Place is entirely yours for 3 hours!
This cost is for renting the facility, AND a drink, chip & candy for 20 guests! Add-ons are available if you have more guests! Additional guests are $4 each for up to 35 people.
No outside food or drink is allowed, except cake and ice cream. Food add-ons are also available.
The birthday guest will receive a gift from us!
Due to our open business hours, party bookings can be made on; Tuesday evenings, Wednesday evenings, Saturdays from 11-2 pm, and Sundays from 5-8 pm. A signed Party Policy Agreement must be on file to secure your booking.

PUBLIC RENTAL
We can understand the stress of birthday parties and all the costs that come with them, so we have created an alternative option for you!
For a public rental, That Game Place will be open during your event. You will have 2 gaming stations AND 1 board game table reserved for up to 10 guests! Additional guests are $3 each for up to 15 people. Games will be first come, first serve. Birthday guest receives a special gift from us! No outside food or drink is allowed, except cake and/or ice cream. Food add-ons are also available. The birthday guest will receive a gift from us!

Food Add-Ons
Hot Dogs - $85
Each guest (up to 20) receives a hot dog, chip, and drink provided by Old 27 Ice Cream Shop.
Additional guests can be added for $4.
Nachos - $105
Loaded Nacho Bar provided by Old 27 Ice Cream Shop. Feeds up to 20 people.
Nacho Bar includes; coney sauce, cheese sauce, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, salsa, sour cream, and jalapenos.
Additional guests can be added for $4.
All the Small Things
**By Submitting Payment you agree to these terms.**
REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY: There will be no refund in the event of your reservation being canceled within 14 days of your event. We will make every effort to reschedule your event to another date if we have 14 days notice. There will be $50 rescheduling fee if you need to reschedule within 14 days of your event. If you need to reschedule and your event is more than 14 days away, there is no fee.
PAYMENT: Online payment is made via debit or credit card through PayPal. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Remaining 50% is due NO LESS THAN 24 HOURS before your party start time. An email reminder will be sent out at least 48 hours before your party. Checks are accepted only if special arrangements are made by calling us and they must clear before the event (Schools, businesses, and organizations).
PRIVACY POLICY: That Game Place is committed to protecting your privacy. We will use the information that is collected on the site for reservation purposes ONLY. We strive to make your experience with us as simple as possible and will make every effort to enhance your overall experience with our company. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
DAMAGE: You are responsible for any damages to our facility or equipment during your event. That Game Place reserves the right to charge the client for careless or willful damage to the facility and/or equipment.
PRIVATE PARTY SIZE LIMIT: Private party size will be limited to 20 guests, with additional charges for guests up to 30 people.
PUBLIC PARTY SIZE LIMIT: Due to That Game Place being open during public parties, the party size is limited to 10 playing guests, with additional charges for non-playing guests up to 15 people.
SEVERE/INCLEMENT WEATHER: There may be occasions when the weather does not cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather, we reserve the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. It will be up to That Game Place’s discretion. We will reschedule and work with you if such a cancelation must be made on our part and no rescheduling fee will be applied.
SUPERVISED CHILDREN: That Game Place requires a parent or responsible adult to be present during the event if your party includes minors under the age of 12. We will provide a knowledgeable staff who will assist your party/event members in making sure that they have the best possible experience.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE: That Game Place reserves the right to refuse service to clients if we observe behavior that we deem to be a potential threat to our staff, guests, or our equipment. In this case, we may refuse to start a party or terminate an ongoing event.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS: Alcohol is not allowed inside our facility. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or shut down an event if the consumption of alcohol creates a disturbance and/or causes an unsafe environment for our staff and equipment. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the facility. Any observed use of illegal drugs/narcotics or legal narcotics used illegally will result in the termination of the party immediately.
SMOKING: That Game Place does not allow smoking in or around our facility. Please keep any smoking activity 6 feet away from our entrance due to our family friendly environment.
FOOD/DRINK/GUM/CANDY: That Game Place has concessions available that the client can purchase. There will be no outside food or drink allowed unless prior arrangements are made. We ask that you do not eat and play games at the same time to ensure all of our equipment stays clean. Drinks are to have a lid on them when not in use. Gum is allowed until we see it in other places than the trash can.
PICTURES: During your event, staff may take pictures of the event. These photos may be used on our Facebook Page and/or our website. (Specific names and addresses are never used.) If you do not want our staff to take pictures, please let our staff members know before the start of your event.
VIDEO GAME RATINGS: The consoles and PC's may have rated M games installed in them. If you wish to have no rated “M” rated games, please let us know before your event. If you have any preferences or requests to specific games please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
